About Female body composition
This is a 3 phase programme for intermediate female trainees who can move well and have experience in the gym. The progression involves increased frequency with each successive phase. Glutes and shoulders are specialised throughout. On the four day split, a 1 on, 1 off, 1 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off schedule works best. On the five day split, a 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off works best. For the six day blast, train 6 days in a row with a day rest at the end. Alternatively, 3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 1 off would work great.
