I’m a Personal trainer that focuses mainly on getting people stronger not only physically but mentally too. My priority is teaching people how to move their bodies pain free in everyday life, and fuel themselves without crazy restrictions. I believe getting stronger and moving better is the answer to a healthy lifestyle.
